We have received suggestions from this community that they would like a common place online to share recipes, resources, and discuss upcoming and past events. This page was created to host these discussions.

My favorite Green Smoothie recipe! It’s a great “starter” recipe, for those who are just starting out.
* 1/2 cup of distilled/filtered water
* 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
* 1 apple (cored)
* 1/4 of a ripe avacado
Blend until smooth – best results with high powered blender such as a Vitamix (available at Your Healing Place)
* Add 1 cup of frozen blueberries or peaches and Blend Again.
The blueberries will give you a pretty purple smoothie, where the peaches will keep your drink a pretty and bright green!
